If the thought of getting onto the ladder terrifies you, then fear not, you can now
It's no secret buying a house takes a lot of dedication to saving and with the average property price in the UK standing at around £282,000, it's only getting harder for first-time buyers. So, it's no wonder one man decided to purchase his home on for £30,077.98 ($38,999), which even came wrapped in the classic brown wrapping with the logo on the side.
US content creator Nathan Graham was impressed with his brand new mini home and despite it being compact it came with everything he needed. Equipped with a shower, toilet and rooms to live in, the new homeowner found out there was even more to his new abode than he thought. The fully-fledged metal gaff just needed to be 'unfolded' to make the extra space, and the keys were even glued to the side.

Creating his real life Lego project, Nathan said: "I've never folded a house together," during a clip posted to TikTok which has since racked up over a million likes. He added: "This thing is so easy to build. You literally just unfold it," and said he was going to leave a five-star review of his new place.
Nathan isn't the only person to have bought his home online as a fellow content creator who goes by the name bought his house on a whim, and he was quickly put off living there. Despite it being fully kitted out with home appliances, a bathroom - and even two sets of sofas and coffee table, he couldn't stand up in it.
In a baffling TikTok video, the man said: "I am 23 years old and I just bought a house off Amazon," he said, adding: "Take the card away, I just bought a f**** house on Amazon." He then showed the inside of the property, which looks pretty impressive at first glance, but he soon realised he could touch the ceilings. The TikToker explained that he is 5"8 - below the average height for a male in the UK and US - so noted this would be a major problem for taller people.
He explained: "I am not going to live here, I'm actually going to Airbnb it because as I said in a previous video, the ceilings are very small [low]." He detailed that the home is good to go, and he was just waiting on permits to rent it out, as well as planning on giving it a little makeover as he wasn't "a fan" of the furniture provided. People were quick to comment on the hilarious video, as one TikToker jibed: "Imagine having to return your house," as another added: "I'm about to order one for my two boys they gotta get out ASAP."
